The Secure Web Portal

Fully housed within our secure data centre and provisioned as a fully managed service; the vulnerability detection system itself provides you with access to your scan results through a secure web portal. The dashboard of the Managed Vulnerability Assessment Service (MVAS) allows you to view the most important aspects of your network at a glance.MVAS Dashboard shows your network health at a glance

Choose from a range of graphs and reports

Graphs available for each scan (containing multiple hosts/IP's):
  • Most Vulnerable and Lowest Score Host(s)
  • Risk Distribution
  • Vulnerability and Score Trends

Graphs for each organisation unit (containing multiple scans):
  • Most Vulnerable and Lowest Score Host(s)
  • Risk Distribution
  • Quarterly and Monthly Reports

Plus a complete range of detailed table statistics on multiple aspects of your network.

Powerful Reporting Formats

Vulnerability Report The MVAS generates your vulnerability assessments reports at runtime in a variety of formats from current or previous scan results. These reports can also include your choice of an extensive range of compliance templates such as Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), PCI and HIPAA just to name a few.

While our standard report formats suit the needs of most organisations to produce accurate and meaningful reports that help them meet their regulatory requirements; every aspect of your vulnerability assessment results can be tailored to suit your needs.

Standard Report Formats

Each and every standard report provides you with a comprehensive analysis of all vulnerabilities found. This includes an "Executive Summary" illustrated by charts, graphs and tables allowing a quick assessment of the risks found in your network.
A detailed technical section labelled "Possible Vulnerabilities" shows detailed information for every vulnerability found; including a short summary, severity, possible impact, recommended solution and links to more information.

This standardised report is a powerful tool for network administrators, security officers and IT managers to evaluate the level of security of their network. With the one common format for all your vulnerability assessments you can be sure that every subsequent report can be easily understood and utilised.

Differential Reporting shows vulnerability trendsPowerful Differential Reporting

Take the guesswork out of comparing two sets of scan results with this unique reporting feature. Available with a range of options, the differential report provides you with four key elements:
  • Executive Summary complete with a Trend Analysis is a graphical illustration showing the changes of risk level over time
  • New Vulnerabilities that have been identified in the newer scan
  • Remediated Vulnerabilities showing issues that were resolved since the older scan
  • Persistent Vulnerabilities that still exist between both scans
These differential reports can be generated at your discretion and contain all the detailed technical information you normally receive in a standard report.
This crucial management tool immediately highlights potential risk to your organisation and provides you with the ability to take corrective action before a security incident occurs.
